The Department of Civil Engineering's BIM Club at Carmel College of Engineering and Technology (CCET), Punnapra, organized an industry-led awareness session, "Building the Future with Digital Construction ," on July 15, 2026. Conducted in collaboration with BIM Cafe Learning Hub, the session featured Ms. Anitha Shamla, Managing Director of DDG BIM Services Pvt. Ltd., as the key resource expert. Over 68 students attended the seminar, which featured live demonstrations of Autodesk Navisworks, MEP clash detection, and real-world "Scan to BIM" case studies. The event offered our engineering students clear insights into global career paths within digital construction management frameworks.
