Common Computing Facility Lab

The Common Computing Facility Lab is well equipped with sophisticated and excellent facilities opened to the students on an individual basis. It also provides a wide range of network computing and file storage services. The network is served by Windows servers, Activity Server(Praktiz) and PXE Booting Linux Environment for internal Lab Exams. High speed wired/wireless internet facility is provided.

2.Language Lab

Language Lab facility is available for the students for improving communication skills and soft skills.

  • Language Learning Software: Tell Me More – used to enhance vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and listening skills through interactive modules.
  • Centralized Monitoring System: Enables admin/faculty to monitor student activities, view performance logs, and track progress in real-time
  • Audio-Visual Setup: High-quality headsets and microphones for listening and speaking exercises.
  • Individual Workstations: Ensures focused learning for each student.
  • Curriculum Integration: Supports language components of academic programs and placement training sessions.
  • User Access Logs & Reports: Helps in performance analysis and evaluation.
  • Central Computing Facility: Over 28 systems available having high end specs.

3.Digital Library

Digital Library is located inside the Library Block. Students can make use of the Digital Library to read online journals and other digital contents provided by the central Library.

  • Library Management Software: Koha – used to monitor and log student activity, track book availability, and manage library resources effectively
  •  Barcode Scanning System: Student Name Tags equipped with barcodes to monitor which books students have borrowed and have accessed the library
  • 30 High-End Systems: Available for in-depth research, internet browsing, and accessing online resources for academic purposes
  •  Research Database Access: A vast collection of online journals, academic papers, e-books, and research databases for comprehensive academic research
