The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Carmel College of Engineering and Technology is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is committed to creating and maintaining a safe, dignified, and equitable environment for all students, faculty, and staff.

The ICC ensures prompt and confidential handling of complaints related to sexual harassment, conducts awareness and sensitization programs, and promotes gender equality and mutual respect on campus.

Objectives

• To prevent and prohibit sexual harassment within the campus.
• To provide a fair and accessible mechanism for redressal of complaints.
• To organize awareness and training programs on gender sensitization.
