• Attended a three weeks training on Computer programming and familiarisation of MS office and website creation at IMG Ernakulam in June 2003.
• Attended one week Training on Disaster Mitigation Measures by NIUA at Thiruvananthapuram in December 2005 and was a Master Trainer for the State Government officials.
• Attended a short term Programme on Urban Transport Systems Planning(UTSP) at NIT Calicut from 25th-29th November, 2013.
• As a member of the Building Rule revision Committee took part in the revision of KMBR 1999 and KPBR 2011 in finalising KMBR 2019 and KPBR 2019.
• Attended training on Concept & Practices of Land Zoning conducted by A Kasturi Rangan, retired Chief Town Planner held at KILA (Kerala Institute for Local Administration) Thrissur on 27th-29th August 2017.
• Attended Specialised training on “Urban Expansion through Town Planning Schemes”, an initiative of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs(MOHUA) held on 17th-19th January 2018.
• Attended training Course for decision makers on drone Survey and GIS mapping at Indian Institute of Survey and Mapping, Hyderabad,held on 28th to 30th May 2018.

Achievements

:

• Undertook projects under IDSMT, UIDSSMT, AMRUT JNNURM, NUIS and other centrally sponsored schemes for various districts in Kerala
• Took key role in publishing Master Plan for Alappuzha and 5 Detailed Town Planning Schemes while working in Alappuzha Development Authority
• Participated in the preparation of Detailed Town Planning Scheme for Kovalam Vizhinjam Area and Varkala Master Plan
• Participated in the preparation of Pulincunnu Master Plan, Drainage Plan for Alappuzha Municiplity and layout of Akshaya Centres in Alappuzha District
• Participated in the preparation of Kasaragode Master Plan
• Implementation of Kollam Byepass while working in Kollam Development Authority in 2006-07
• Participated in the preparation of Thiruvalla Master Plan
• Was a trainer for Licenced Engineers and LSGD Engineers in the implementation of Building Rules in the Municipalities and Grama Panchayaths in various districts.
• Prepared GIS based maps from satellite imagery and linked data sheets for NUIS (National Urban Information System) for Alappuzha Municipal Area and surrounding 9 Panchayaths.
• Prepared District Urbanisation Report for Alappuzha District.
• Prepared Master Plans for Kannur Corporation and Mattannur Municipality.
• Prepared GIS Based Master Plans for Alappuzha, Kayamkulam, Mavelikkara and Cherthala Municipalies with the help of satellite imagery and drone survey datas from National Remote Sensing Agency and Survey of India.
• Prepared Heritage Report of Alappuzha Town in association with RIT Kottayam.
• Participated in the preparation of GIS based Master Plans for Thrissur and Guruvayoor.
• Prepared RISK Informed Master Plan for Chengannur Town as per the guidelines of Asian development Bank considering flood mitigation and other disaster mitigation measures.
• Conducted seminars for Coastal Regulation Zones in Alappuzha as per Coastal Zone Management Plans (CZMP) 2011 and CZMP 2019.
• Prepared Master Plans for Angamaly, Aluva, Perumbavoor, North Paravoor.
• Initiated the preparation of LAP (Local Area Plan) for Vytilla Area for implementation of TOD (Transit Oriented Development).
• Initiated the Land Pooling scheme for Info Park Phase III Development.
