A CMI EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at
Carmel College of Engineering & Technology, Alappuzha, plays a vital role in bridging
the gap between academia and industry through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
These agreements enable collaboration with external organisations to provide students with
internships, industrial visits, expert lectures, and hands-on training.
MoUs also support faculty development, joint research, and the establishment of advanced labs,
ensuring that the curriculum remains industry-relevant. Overall, they enhance student employability,
foster innovation, and strengthen the college’s commitment to producing competent, socially responsible engineers.
